Riyadh Parking was established to manage and organize vehicle parking in vital areas and residential neighborhoods, and to enhance the infrastructure to increase the availability of parking spaces. This contributes to improving the mobility experience and the quality of life in the city of Riyadh.

Riyadh Parking includes over 20,000 paid parking spaces distributed across main and commercial streets in Riyadh. In addition, it oversees more than 300,000 managed free parking spaces within residential neighborhoods through monitoring and enforcement systems.

Riyadh Parking zones are activated gradually, and the launch dates are announced through Riyadh Parking’s official social media accounts.

  1. On-street parking in public and commercial areas (paid).

  2. Off-street parking in vital locations to enhance mobility experience and increase parking availability, including:

    1. Surface Parking.

    2. Multi-Storey Parking.

    3. Mechanical parking.

  3. Managed parking (free) located within residential neighborhoods adjacent to paid parking zones.

Parking operating hours are daily, from Saturday to Thursday, from 8:00 AM until 12:00 midnight, excluding Fridays and public holidays.

Any changes in operating hours will be announced through the official social media channels.

Contact the General Traffic Department, or report the issue through the “Kollona Amn” app.

Inquiries and complaints are received and handled through the Unified Municipal Hotline (940), or via the “My City” app.

Vehicle information is automatically retrieved from the official records after verifying your account through Nafath. You can manage your vehicles in the app by navigating to:

My Profile > My Vehicles, then swiping the vehicle card to the right and selecting the required action.

Users can also add a delegated vehicle through:

My Profile > My Vehicles > Add Verified Vehicle, then entering the owner ID along with the plate details.

Note: If the vehicle is under a lease-to-own contract, the owner will be the financing entity. In this case, the company number (starting with 700) is required and can be obtained from the Absher platform under the vehicle details section.
